Once teams are formed, practice schedules will be finalized. Most teams practice twice per week, Monday through Friday, during the evening hours (generally between 5:00 PM – 7:00 or 7:00 PM- 9:00 PM). Positional training will also be offered during the week or on the weekends depending on gym availability.

Can I participate in another sport during the club season?
Yes. 864 Elite encourages multi-sport athletes as it enhances their overall athletic ability; increases speed and agility, improves coordination, and improves the athletes' athleticism as a whole.   We strive to accommodate the athletes and their other sports schedules as best as possible.  We do request that every attempt be made to attend the tournaments.
